The NBA 2K23 Female MyPlayer Drama Is Ridiculous

Ever since the leak around Buy 2K23 MT having a female MyCareer storyline, I've seen a lot of posts and videos on Youtube suggesting that we should restrict MyPlayers if they are allowed in the area. Some say we should have another neighborhood from them altogether or if they're permitted in precisely the same neighborhood as men they will just refuse to play with/against them. Why? Is your masculinity currently likely to be stripped from you by obtaining your player dunked on or crossed by a virtual lady at a virtual baseball game?

I understand, seeing female MyPlayers breaking ankles and doing flashy dunks isn't"realistic," and that is the shield which opposers of female MyPlayers hide behind. But this is NBA 2K we're talking about. No one wishes to bring up realism when folks are rate boosting, moonwalking and levitating around the courtroom with dribble moves, shooting 90% from Curry variety with palms in their faces and doing backflip jump shot landings afterward, dunking on multiple centers with a 6'3" guard, the mad events we have like the top, or wearing the ridiculous outfits people wear the park. And all of that is fine! I really don't play with a video game to watch and do things I do and could see in actual life.

However, let's not pretend the problem comes from a place of wanting a sensible experience. It comes in a spot of misogyny, if we would like to admit it or not. I think that it's cool that the friends I really do have that drama NBA 2K get some representation in NBA 2K23. At the day's end, it's a video game. We should not be offended or take it when folks want to feel included in a NBA 2K23 game about sports that's about attracting people from all cultures and backgrounds together.

I concur 100%. I really don't know how folks think that it's"pressured women's empowerment". They're only trying to expand their audience. I see people stating that it is taking resources away when they have no proof. 2K would not have added it if it took away from the NBA 2K23 game. It simply wouldn't make any sense whatsoever. The 2K community really needs to stop being so hypocritical when it comes to eliminating prejudice.I'd perform a female my career to find out how it seems. Although assembles would probably be a whole lot different. Size will probably have most female gamers at a disadvantage. Compare WNBA player's normal height to the NBA player. Really large difference. It would be interesting to see how they would balance it in the playground.

It was in nba live and it did not work. Just like acting as a participant in a female figure it was. It was just weird and didn't work. In the end of the day it might create too much backlash. Folks make fun of live as well because of its own females dunking and postering. It would create as much despise, backlash, and Ik women do not want to be part of that discussion, it just is not worth it. They can give female my gamers an edge to male my players but their wants to be a limitation. Or people might just grow up and never get upset about a game. Think about what you're saying. You are saying that game devs and girls must not work towards inclusion and making NBA 2K23 MT an improved experience for a broader number of people, but instead we should cater to people who do not like it since it's"weird."
